I am a sewing teacher and a life coach. The connection and shared experience I have with my students and clients brings deep meaning and fulfilment to my work. With years of experience in both fields, I love working across these two disciplines—supporting people as they learn, grow, and reconnect with themselves through creativity and self-discovery. For me, the creative path we walk together is always evolving, and it's within that journey that the richest transformation happens.

I bring a rich background in textiles and design, with a BA in Textile Design from Central Saint Martins. I've spent many years working as a textile designer and sewing tutor. I create and teach bespoke sewing classes that provide a hands-on, grounding experience for anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with themselves through making.

Alongside my creative work, I'm a qualified Co-Active® life coach with over 14 years of experience supporting clients through personal growth, creative exploration, and life transitions. My approach is grounded and compassionate, and I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner clarity and live with greater authenticity and purpose.

My work brings together the creative and the reflective, the practical and the personal. Whether I’m teaching sewing or coaching one-to-one, I meet people where they are and support them to take meaningful steps forward. This might mean building confidence, developing new skills, making positive life changes, or reconnecting with a sense of creativity and purpose.
